Contact requests

The form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, selected issues, and message to Tyler Naddy at ttnaddycomputerrepair@gmail.com so he can respond. Don’t send passwords, payment details, or sensitive files. Contact messages are delivered by the hosting provider’s mail service and handled in Tyler’s email account.

Website storage

Your selected background color is saved in this browser. The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. The server keeps short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated requests. Form messages are not saved to a public file. The service finder keeps answers only in the current page and passes a summary to the contact page if you choose to continue.

Other services

Mailing-list subscriptions are processed by Mailchimp. Opening a sample video connects to an external media host, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address. The Location page embeds Google Maps, which receives normal connection information when the map loads. Links to Facebook and other websites follow those services’ policies. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this redesign.
